November 9 (Thursday) Torry Ridge BRP (B/2)

Jack Martin (804/678-8083 or rjmartiniii@gmail.com ).Hike along mountain crests, through Sherando Campground and back to parking off Blue Ridge Parkway. We will not hike the beginning upward climb near the waterfall- car shuttle required. See “Hiking Upward” for more information. Bring water and lunch. Contact Jack for meet-up location.

The ODATC Mission

The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.

The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.

Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
