Hiking the Long Trail presented by ODATC member Bob Nelson.

Come hear ODATC member Bob Nelson present his backpacking adventure from Canada to Vermont on the Long Trail.

The meeting begins at 7 PM, but members are encouraged to arrive at 6:30 for socializing and calisthenics. Snacks to share are always welcome and we’d also like you to bring a canned good to donate to the church’s food bank.

The meeting will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church (2315 N. Parham Rd)

The ODATC Mission

The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.

The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.

Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
