This is an annual backpacking trip that includes a restaurant visit mid-week. We average about 8 miles a day and complete the entire state of Maryland. We will start at Penn Mar Park and end at Harper’s Ferry. Meet at Oilville Park and Ride (Exit 167 off I-64) at 8:00. The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.
The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.
Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
