Three Ridges – Mau Har Loop ………………………………… A/1

stop hiking). Be prepared for 14 miles of steep elevation changes, rocks, boulder scrambling and several creek
crossings. We’ll get an early start meeting at Rockville/Manakin Park and Ride at 6:30 a.m. sharp. Throw a headlamp
in your daypack just in case we get delayed on the trail.
