The annual Trails Days Festival is held in Damascus, VA to honor hikers of the Appalachian Trail. Major events include a high-spirited hiker’s parade, a hiker’s talent show, a variety of live entertainment, presentations on various hiking topics, and displays by gear manufacturers, outfitters and other vendors.
